Join PBM
A barrister desiring to become a member of the PBM must be proposed by a King’s Counsel and seconded by a Junior, being respectively members of the PBM, and must satisfy the Committee that he or she has appeared on instructions before a Committee of the English Parliament.
The election of members to the PBM is governed by Rule 2 of the Rules of the Parliamentary Bar Mess.
